In an APA style paper, each page has a side head. For student papers, the side head normally consists of only one page number on the upper right corner of the page. For professional papers, which are intended for publication, it also contains a running head.
A running head is simply the title of the paper in all uppercase letters. It is turned left and can be up to 50 characters long. Longer titles are abbreviated.

Directly under the summary, you can list three to five relevant keywords. Write in a new line the "Keywords" label (italic and engaged), followed by keywords in lowercase letters separated by commas.
apa-style does not provide guidelines for formatting the table of contents. There is no needed paper element in professional or student papers. If your instructor you want you to include a table of contents, follow the best general guidelines.
